Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published notification for the recruitment of Sub Inspector vacancies in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and Delhi Police. 3960 vacancies have been notified in Armed Police Forces and 340 in Delhi Police. 169 vacancies in Armed Police and 112 vacancies in Delhi Police are available for women. The computer based examination which is part of the selection is now scheduled to be conducted in November 2022. Degree is the educational qualification. The application can be submitted online till August 30.

The electionThe selection will consist of two examinations namely Paper-I and Paper-II, Physical Standard Test/Physical Endurance Test and Medical Examination.Paper-I exam duration is two hours. Total 200 questions with 50 questions each in General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension. Total 200 marks. Paper-II exam will consist of English Language and Comprehension. There will be 200 questions (total 200 marks) in the two-hour exam. Both the papers will be of objective multiple choice format. Can be written in English or Hindi. Both papers will carry 0.25 negative marks each for a wrong answer. Those who have A, B, C certificate of NCC are eligible for bonus marks.

വനിതകള്‍: 18 സെക്കന്‍ഡില്‍ 100 മീറ്റര്‍ ഓട്ടം, നാല് മിനിറ്റില്‍ 800 മീറ്റര്‍ ഓട്ടം, ലോങ് ജംപ്-2.7 മീറ്റര്‍ (മൂന്ന് അവസരങ്ങള്‍), ഹൈ ജംപ്-0.9 മീറ്റര്‍ (മൂന്ന് അവസരങ്ങള്‍).
Application Fee: No application fee for Women, SC, ST, Scheduled Castes and Ex-Servicemen. For others the application fee is Rs.100. Online and SBI Fees can also be paid through challan. SBI Those paying fees through challan should generate challan for this by 30th August. Fees can be paid till August 31.
